Cancellation policy
Cancelling
Monthly plans are month to month after setup. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@launchstackstudio.com. You pay for the notice period, then billing stops.
Setup fee
The setup fee covers the build of your system. It is non-refundable once setup work starts.
Ad budget
Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta. It is not part of our fee, and we never hold it.
Founding prices
Founding prices are locked for 12 months while your plan stays active. If you cancel, the founding price ends with the plan.
The missed-call guarantee
Every missed call gets a text back within a minute. If it doesn't in your first 30 days, your next month is free.
